Terms of Service, Refund and Replacement Policy For Physical Merchandise: For physical merchandise delivered via US Postal Mail, Federal Express or UPS, we will issue a full refund for any product that arrives damaged if it's returned with in 30 days of purchase. If the customer prefers, we will replace the damaged product if it's returned within 30 days of purchase. We will also issue a full refund of any product purchased for any reason upon request if it's returned in undamaged condition within 30 days of purchase. This refund policy does no apply to membership programs, which involve recurring monthly billing, such as Real Estate Logistics Consulting Fees, Training and Coaching Programs, the terms of which are described below. Our 100% Money Back Guarantee applies to the first 30 days of our consulting and coaching program. Refunds will be in full during the first 30 days of service, provided you email us a request for the refund before the 30 day period has expired. Terms for the Real Estate Logistics Consulting Service or Coaching Program: Your Consulting and Coaching includes one on one telephone conversations as time permits. Your credit card or debit card with Visa or MasterCard logo affixed to the card face will be billed monthly for $49.00 unless you decide to cancel. Your Credit Card Statement will show Estate Management as payee. You may cancel out of the program at any time simply by sending an email to: Bradley McIntire at: 4bradley@comcast.net and or go.brad@att.net Cancellations must be done in writing via email. Any additional refund request will be examine on a case-by-case basis and any refund will be at our option. These terms of service are deemed accepted by anyone who uses this site.
